National Screening Center tests for drug and alcohol abuse for companies and individuals. It is our goal to satisfy all clients with outstanding, dedicated, and private service that is convenient and hassle free for all parties. In addition, we also perform DNA/Paternity testing, background checks, and training services. We are fully certified to service all of your needs. It is National Screening Center's hallmark to give our clients the personal attention they deserve. We provide superior quality and outstanding service at competitive costs. National Screening Center is open from 6:00a.m. – 5:00p.m,C.S.T., Monday-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are on an on-call basis specifically for on-site draws, job fairs, random testing, and emergency testing. There is no extra charge for on-site drug testing when scheduled in advance (usually two working days is sufficient). On-site testing can be performed using your facilities or we have a mobile testing facility. National Screening Center will design a drug and/or Alcohol program best suited for your company’'s needs. We have a random program that will enable us to randomly select any employee in your company at any time to test (this also is provided and setup free of charge). National Screening Center has over 1400 locations in the United States to draw samples for drug testing. Our laboratory maintains a nationwide courier system that insures specimen delivery to the laboratory by 3:30a.m. on the day following the pickup. Results are routinely reported within 18 hours of pickup to National Screening Center and are faxed to your office the same day. All supplies, chain of custody forms, air courier, and ground courier services are paid by National Screening Center. National Screening Center maintains a very strict chain of custody. This chain of custody enables the drug testing process to withstand legal challenges and also protects the privacy and due process rights of the individual being tested. Possession of the specimen is documented from the time of collection until its disposal or until it is secured in frozen, long-term storage. At National Screening Center we give each of our clients the attention they deserve. Each of our clients is provided with the following team: Account Manager, Senior Client Service Representative, and Client Service Representative. The dedicated management team is responsible for the initial set-up and daily function of your account. National Screening Center will go to the job site and test anyone suspected of being intoxicated or stoned while on the job. When National Screening Center tests a subject and a positive reading is observed, we will notify your company and will stay with the subject until company officials arrive on the scene.
